The strainers are installed to allow water to pass through, but not larger items. Our strainers come in several different styles based on the needs of the user-basket strainer, y strainer and T strainer. The basket strainer is easy to clean, since debris is captured in the basket. It can also sometimes offer more straining surface area than common strainer, improving flow rates, or decreasing pressure loss through the basket strainer. Y strainers are used in pipelines to protect pumps, meters, control valves, steam traps, regulators and other process equipment to remove unwanted debris. We can also provide T strainers which is similar to Y strainers but the pattern is T type instead of Y type. All our strainers are available with stainless steel,carbon steel,alloy and brass.Stainless steel are the most used material for our basket strainers and y strainers because of its corrosion resistance.
