Structural features
HS41X-16A antifouling cut off valve (pipe backflow prevention device) is a safety device that used to prevent the drinking-water pipes occuring reflux pollution. It is a valve that under the introduction of foreign advanced technology and developed opening valve, safe and reliable, prevent the pollution of drinking water return, in order to ensure the health and safety of drinking water. HS41X-16A safety anti-pollution cut off valve consists of two check valves and a drainage device in middle. The up vacity of drainage device uses high-pressure hose to connect with the first-class check valve enterance end. (Figure 1), first, second class check valves are mainly composed by the two valve body, bonnet, disc, sealing gasket, springs etc.. Drainage device is mainly composed by the valve body, bonnet diaphragm, disc, sealing plates, valve core, seats, springs etc.. HS41X-16 ordinary type cut off valve is composed by two anti-pollution check valve in series. (Figure 2)
